Special Education

It is the goal of Circle of Seasons Charter School to create an environment and a process that allows students with disabilities to achieve success through participation in the school’s core curriculum in the Least Restrictive Environment. COS is committed to implementing programs of specially designed instruction based on assessed need that, to the extent possible, allow students the benefits of participating in fully inclusive classrooms and general education programs. Related services such as speech and language therapy and occupational therapy may be included in a child’s program when necessary to support a pathway to learning. Our special education team is dedicated to working closely and collaboratively with parents to ensure every child has an appropriate and enriching educational experience.
